What do you mean by donations? Only the CotM's owner will have to pay/provide a prize. If your character isn't chosen, you don't lose money at all. Did that clarify things?
There's going to be a raffle to see who's the CotM. Other people can try again next month if their OC isn't chosen.
@Lan: Yes, the owner of the OC chooses the winner for the art contest, but not for the next CotM. Am I confusing you? When I write the explanations/rules, it will make more sense.
I'm going to join all the CotM contests, if I can, to support it.

Yeah, it might be more effective to host it yourself (except for the side perks), but this isn't supposed to be a serious "GIVE ME ART" kind of contest. It's supposed to promote a sense of community and it's supposed to be fun and give people here something to do. XD

Mmm, I like anything sweet, but white chocolate is probably my least favorite of sweet things. It's a suspicious substance.
