No no! Do your work outs! Otherwise you'll keep procrastinating. It takes about 3 weeks to set up a habit, so continue with it!
And it could be because of our founding, very religious puritans escaping from Europe... in religion, nudity is a taboo, just as sex is. It's something we haven't been able to let go of. I am not concerned about nudity, I am more concerned about the rampant violence~ That is more detrimental to impressionable minds than seeing some naked people.

yeah :\
it kind of saddens me with how much violence is here :(
I'm extremely insecure, so I'd feel crazy uncomfortable with nakedness
I'd probably be the only one in the room with something covering me up

Well, I haven't been in a room full of naked people, so I don't know what I'd do... and I am self conscious, too. I am a bit overweight so I am not fully comfortable being naked... and I've only been naked in front of one person and it wasn't that weird, but then again, we were intimate, so she was naked too...
I wish violence was as taboo as sex and sex was as open as violence. I think it'd be a better place, honestly. Sex is natural and it's treated like a taboo and that creates negative body images that people have...
I have been flashed by a really fat lady once... it was quite scarring... and yep, I'm right! Cause that's what I did! Got lazy and took a day off from my cardio and that was about two weeks ago...

I don't blame you~ I wouldn't want to with your lung~ Poor Amanda.
I wandered off to make dinner, had tacos.
I don't think a room full of naked people would be that big of a deal... they are probably all worried about how others are perceiving them, too focused on themselves to be judging others... and everyone's naked so it's not like there is the lone clothed person...

ooo taco's sound good *nods*
I don't feel like making food though either :\
I want food, but I don't want food, is weird :\
what kind of taco?
I love chicken tacos *nods*
(but then again, I'm not really a fan of beef or steak, so I guess my main option for tacos is chicken)

I made beef tacos but used chicken taco seasoning. I glanced quickly and saw we had taco seasoning so I didn't pick up any at the store. Then as I was making it, I saw they were chicken tacos... oh well~
You don't like beef? Why!?
And I get in that mood all the time, I am hungry but I don't know what I wan~ So I wander the kitchen and repeatedly open the fridge, hoping something I want will magically appear. I've yet to have it happen... but I'll keep trying! Winners never quit and quitters never win! Luckily I am not one of those that never quit and never win! Someday, it will happen! I will win and my food will magically appear~

I do that all the time, I open the fridge thinking there must be something there to eat, but there's nothing. ^.^;;;
I don't dislike beef exactly, I don't mind it but eh.
my mom cooks it too much, she used to cook hamburgers or steak every so often, now it's more like, one day we have home made burgers, then the next day steak, then burgers, then steak, then left over burgers/steak
it just got tiring I guess
~I also don't eat turkey, but that's mainly because I had a pet turkey for awhile
edit~ I'm going to go try to take my dog on a walk.. I kind of want to be up and moving around. be back in probably about 15-20 mins :\

I'm watching Blood Lad~ Enjoy your walk!
And I see, I was like that with junk food~ And I'm not really a fan of beef either, I don't mind hamburger eaten without a bun, like a salisbury steak or something... but I prefer pork or chicken~
