I'd prefer unleveled if possible; that way I can distribute the digging points evenly so they're all at 19 in the end. I know it's weird, but it's my favorite way to do it.

Well, neither do I know the prices... and I've never even heard of a monthly knuffel before, so I don't know if that makes it more or less precious.

It also depends a little on how long we want the trade to drag out. The longer you wait, the more I'll be able to accumulate so there's that.

Yep. So long as you haven't confirmed your end, it's "open" and you can add and substitute and take stuff out. Well, so long as you're the active party.
Anyhow, I'm going to use it like a piggy bank and build it up for you!
