That's only because some people are using the site more in general. The more you click, the more chance of seeing bees. I only get a handful a day if I don't go hunt. The only reason I completed nearly all the items is a) getting the room item but also b) going on a few long hunting sprees. I kept missing days for collecting the room ones so then I had to make up for it.

You're probably not doing it for long enough or clicking through pages fast enough is all I can imagine. Everyone that's spoken about using the normal technique has reported getting the same kind of rate.

When does this event end again?
Also, if anyone wants to check out some other events, I have a summer event going on in my charity right now!
I hope to get enough bees to complete these sets. I'm almost there but I had been away for about a week and a half so I missed out A LOT
