Today I went to get some medical tests done and dropped some paperwork off for my medical leave.
Came home and fed the fish in the pond. Then an arborist came over to look at our trees and let us know how much it will be to prune some of them and to bolt up some splits in a big cedar to make it safer. This guy was much better than the last one we had come in to look at our yard. He will come back sometime in May to start working on pruning.

Went to my first day of training, going shopping for a new wardrobe, and need to finish the laundry.

Today I did a lot of cleaning around the house. Tidied the spare bedroom, cleaned and organized in the back room, put all the laundry away and tidied the main bedroom. Vacuumed most of the house until the battery died (have to recharge it, good excuse to stop LoL) and then read a book for awhile. Made myself a cheese sandwich for dinner cuz Jay was busy doing stuff in the garage.

We have battery-operated vacuums? Is that actually real or was that a typo?

MissNikki: wow, you did everything I was suppose to do today. I am really jealous
Akili: I think those are the smaller vacuums and the ones that look like a mop. We have those here and are chargeable, so maybe one of those?

I have no work this friday, so I start my day with a light breakfast then, did some gardening duties, typed and edited the lectures I have been working on for 1 month and a week now, watched episode 9 of kdrama "Touch Your Heart", downloaded some floral vintage patterns for invitations I'm planning to design myself then kofk.
