I get an error when I try to collect it, am the only one?

uhhhh.....i'm not sure? i know there's been problems with previous free items not working but they worked eventually. i say just try a few more times.
i didn't have problems myself with this free item.

I refreshed and tried again. Then it worked without problem

Thank you so much! I have been trying every time the pop up appeared but refreshing the page three times finally did the trick.

Yeah sometimes it glitches like that. Usually I just refresh a few times or just try a few hours later.

I'm getting an "ERROR, cannot collect item" and the notice keeps popping up.
It's good to know I'm not the only one having trouble.

I keep checking the wardrobe in case it's hiding there already, but nope.

I wanted to use the new custard color but I don’t have a top that I can/want to use with it lol. I ended up using the new grape color (which I loveee) and the new teal blue bc we got some new TT items in grape.
