So, my "stimulus" check arrived today. $1200. my mom thinks she can tell me what to do with money that's in my name... told me I could only spend $200 for a bike and accessories. Not gonna happen. I need just over $300 for all the stuff I need to make the bike a viable option for in-town errands.

I'm waiting to hear back from the bank regarding a checking account. I was able to get the process going online, so I don't have to go into the bank to set up an account.
