something like that happened to my friend a few times

@Moi; urgh ;___; is there anything that tends to trigger the anxiety attacks or do they just seem to happen?
And yeah, I've had that exact experience several times during sleep paralysis! XD Iin fact the one I had.. last week was it? here were people moving around the room and going up and down the stairs. My mom was actually walking around upstairs at one point, except it was extra loud so it was like there were giants in the house or something.. << It was very strange. She only did it for a few seconds though so I guess the rest of it was auditory hallucinations! o-o Or maybe it was only a few seconds.. it's really hard to tell how much time is actually passing in that state.

honestly? it is XD;; I can't even begin to describe the level of horror that washes all over me. Overall it is a very unpleasant experience. It used to happen to me several times and week, and let's just say I'm fucking ecstatic that it only occurs every once a while now LOL

i meant accent as in something xD but an actual accent would work too
i dont know a thing about accents tho, i dont go out of my way looking for them and i only use one if it accidentally falls into my hands.
so mostly event ones.

and yeah it is quite freaky. owo and it's hard to tell! it could have been, or it might have been a dream. some dreams feel so damn real. I think I'm lucky to not have dreams often involving actual people etc. otherwise I might get confused between what happened and what didn't, lol. :p
