Heat and wrist braces but they only help so much. If they don't work, I try laying on it, and if that doesn't help I take a pain pill. oxo

doesn't sound like any of that (save the pill) really helps ease the pain for long :c

Normally it helps it go away, but when it gets real bad it doesn't help at all.

I'm sorry you have to deal with that, I'll light a candle for you and your mom that your situations both improve soon <3

She's been pretty aware since I started giving her, her pain pills... just proves to me that you do NOT want to be stuck on opioids the rest of one's life.. take them for a surgery and begone with them x-x

give him a chewy keyboard toy :P
