I saw a girl on one video eating a kind of kimchee that was made with a different plant than cabbage. In another video someone was eating sweet kimchee, not dessert, but apparently just not pickled as much.

I want to make my own kimchi sometime. but I'd be the only one who eats it.

Sorry for not talking as much lately, we finally got a puppy, and i've been focusing on getting him trained up a bit(he's 4 months old as of this month)

As for the kimchee stuff, that seems like a dish I should like, but for some reason, I don't. I can't explain why. Same with sauerkraut.

Yesterday I learnt about water kimchi, which is apparently something you mostly drink.

I am intrigued. Water Kimchi?

Some sort of liquid flavored like kimchee? I'm just guessing here, I'm curious if I'm right.
