hi memoriam! may i ask for the hel blank eyes and the lost gigi eyes (if those are still available)? i almost got the hel eyes at an auction a while ago but then the price went too high at the last minute aah why does that always happen when i manage to almost get the items i want

they do! but at the same time it's pretty hard to know how much anything should cost since there aren't as many sales as there were a few years back, but certainly the items have to have risen in value since they're more rare now right? aghh it's hard haha thank you mem!

It's true people don't sell as willingly as they used to. If they do, it's usually pretty overpriced imho.
You'd think the older items are more valuable now, but actually they're not as expensive, because they were introduced back when more people were active, so there's more of those items on the market. I talked with Firn about it once and she said the statistics show that the newer TT/MT items are way more expensive because there are fewer active users, and of those not many donate regularly, so the number of those items that were bought is very low. And usually people don't sell them, because they bought to use them. And so when they do sell, again, the price is high.
Of course, the exclusive items from the very first years of KofK are still pretty much unattainable for common mortals

I'm taking offers in my selling thread - hoping to find someone to trade with - and when one of my old sets don't sell I usually list the spares in the market.
I do set a high price. Because I only expect to sell one item at most. And only if I'm lucky.

But this last set (for which, again, I received no offers) sold very well - sold 7 out of 8 items! Which means that as a set it was very very overpriced.
I even contacted the buyer of several of those items, because it feel like too much food to me, but since she was ok with it I'm just happy I made a nice profit.
I was shocked though.



I guess that if people does not donate regulary then of course those TT sets are becoming rare.
I've noticed the same with the GftQ. They were always kinda rare items, but now you never see one for sale.
I discussed it a few days ago with another fellow member, that I have no idea how to value them at all.
