I'm curious about what the specifics are for hit vs miss percentages.
I made rank 4, I'm still throwing against a rank 1 NPC, but it feels like I'm missing just about as often as I did at rank 2.
The difference between rank 1 misses and rank 2 misses was pretty clear.
But I can't tell past that...

Yup, it's getting faster than I'm used to. Those bonus when you hit a new rank are a lifesaver.

No idea lol. If you throw at someone the same rank, it’s 50/50. I don’t know what the odds are apart from that. It only says what the odds are if you’re a low rank 1 hitting a rank 10 as 5%.

Yup you get points after hitting a level. It’s great lol.

The points are higher than they should be, and there you go, right there for me to read, obvious and everything, it explains why.

Lol yeah hahaha. I tried to explain it as clearly as possible lol. But yeah higher rank you are, easier to hit ppl of a lower rank. Lower rank you are, harder to hit ppl of higher rank. Higher rank you hit (like me lol) more points you get BUT more misses. As for if I hit someone of higher rank than 1, i miiight get more points BUT i will also probably miss more.

I've always thrown balloons at NPCs XD I like the certainty when you get to the higher levels.

Mostly because she has the old website url listed instead of the new one and for some reason I feel like that warrants a water balloon.
