I was agreeing with you saying a vest is something you wear over a dress or a shirt just like the bras and undershirts you wear underneath

I know it used to show up for people because of IP matching (which shows up a lot for people who are given "random" IPs), so sometimes unexpected people were being treated like mules even though they weren't.

Firn mentioned in a Support thread recently that she was having Starkad disable it for the duration of the event.

So if you are having trouble AFTER that point, it might be something different/new. If you were having trouble earlier, try it again now.

Huh, I can’t imagine why I would have a matching ip as someone else.

Firn it is a small thing and maybe not worth trying to fuss with, but when you collect from the Snowman-puppy, it tells you that you gained 'water points'.
