Kingdom of Knuffel

Sirene was a little surprised to hear what he had asked,"It's sweet of you to try to cheer me up." She said,"It sounds like fun." She just wasn't sure if she really wanted to go anywhere tomorrow. Having mentioned that book and the story had started to remind her how much she really wished things would get a little easier for her. "I don't think I'll be very much fun if I go with you tomorrow." She said,"And I don't wanna ruin the concert for you."

Nathan glanced at her as she spoke, averting his eyes. "No way. I'm not going without you, Sirene." Not because she didn't want to ruin it for him or not being any fun, she needed a better reason to get him to back down from asking her. He could be very stubborn when it came to cheering her up.

Sirene looked a bit surprised,"But you were talking about this concert for months..." She said, surprised he would be willing to miss a concert he had been dying to see. She leaned over and hugged him gently. She just wanted to be held for a little while. That was all. It was strange she wanted that now more than anything.

Nathan blush darkened when she hugged him, and slowly wrapped his arms around her. "It wouldn't mean anything.. if I went alone." He said to her in a softer tone. He had planned on taking her from the start. "I wouldn't enjoy myself without you there." Nathan admitted quietly. Sirene was the only girl who could get such a reaction out of him, even if she wasn't trying.

Sirene was quiet for a little while, just thinking. She was thankful to have Nate and Natalie in her life. She told them that many times but this was another time she was just so happy to have them here,"Thanks. I think I'll go." She said quietly,"I'll do what I can to keep positive about everything.

Nathan smirked as Sirene gave her answer, after she had gone quiet for a moment. He didn't mind that. Nathan slowly released Sirene, unless of course she wanted to stay like that a little longer, he was just happy she agreed to go with him. "I'm sure you'll be fine." He said, trying to encourage her.

Natalie was reading her book, but also secretly watching the two.

Sirene wasn't for sure,"I hope so." She murmured quietly, leaning against him and closing her eyes. She just wished she could tell him how she felt. But she didn't want to lose him as a friend. That thought broke her heart more than any guy probably could.

Nathan smirked lightly, allowing her to just lean against him. "I'll pick you up around lunch, sound good?" He asked, glancing down at her. Natalie giggled and set her book down before going over to them. She wanted to tease them so bad, but thought against it since they were sitting in a nice atmosphere.

Sirene nodded quietly,"Alright." She said softly. She pulled Natalie close and hugged them both gently,"I know I say this a lot, but I'm so thankful to have you two in my life." She said softly.

Nathan remained 'chill' even as Sirene brought the three of them into a group hug. Natalie smiled and hugged as well. "We love you Sirene, I hope you know that." She said to her friend with a big smile.
