I think if it was that easy to mess up than there would be no point in trying. Which isn't a very nice way of looking at things.

Yeah, but you never know how it works. Or if there even is "it" that would work.
The best way is to just live how you want. For me it's "live and let live" rule, other people may live by the "fuck others" rule so there's also that XD
