In the top menu click:
My Account > Account Settings
Then go to:
Profile > Edit Profile
There are four radio buttons, almost in the bottom of that page. It's the third one.

Now you can turn off notifications for individual items on the wishlist page. When you click on the items in your wishlist on the wishlist page, you get a detail view, where the current notification status for the selected item (either on or off) is displayed. You can turn that status on or off by clicking on the status.
