By the way, I already said it in anothr thread, but... I love the new graphic style (not only for the NPC), I can't wait to see all the site transformed, even if I think that it will take a while!

I know Starkad put up some of the daycare coupons in the market, but I think that one SC coupon was meant to be a Premium care coupon. I thought it was when I bid on it.

It's because the opening bid is more than an SC coupon costs. Or even a LC, for that matter.

I think rather than wanting to give people the opportunity to buy coupons, he just wanted to test selling coupons in the market.
Premium Care Coupons don't exist. (As you can see by the X next to Premium Care where the other programs offer you a coupon option!)
The site needs money too desperately to give them away for free. (Not that I saw anyone spending FC on them so far, but one can hope.)
