SO EXCITED. I wanted to enter the previous art contest, but I was going out of town, so I didn't have the time.
I've already done one artwork for this contest, but when I tried to PM the submission account it said I couldn't. =/

Question~ I read that small appearance changes can be made but they must be recognizable, does this include hairstyles? Like if either were wearing decorative headpieces or had their long hair in braids or twists... is that allowed?

I am afraid I cannot give you any standard answer here. It would probably depend a lot on how much the overall design is still recognizable. Personally I would advice people to stay away from any major alterations of the hairstyles, though it would really depend on how the rest of the image looks like.
Adding a hair accessory would probably be okay, though I think neither Lord Wuffel nor Ehlenia are the kinds for hair accessories.

does size matter?nvm i reread but what is the maximum size :c?
Thanks for letting me know. I hope I have fixed them.
There is no maximum size, the bigger the better. All entries have to be resized to the same width for the voting anyway.

Okay, I'll make a mental note of this ( I was thinking along the lines of a geisha-esque style for Ehlenia) but I'll scrap the idea if it changes her looks too much...
Thanks~!

I am going to try to enter this one :)
Question though, do you accept 3D art? Say if someone made a doll or a cosplay or used clay as a medium? Or would you prefer we all stuck to 2D methods?
If they are allowed would high quality photographs be an acceptable form of submission?

No. We do not accept any kind of photographed art, and therefore no other media than drawn art.
