This is too true, and it shouldn't be. Several of the times it's happened to me have actually made me sick because it got me crying at how uncaring people are just because they're on the internet.

And like others have said, let's treat the others (be it newbies, oldbies, people you chat with, mods or admins) the way you'd like to be treated.
