Pretty sure Durarara and Baccano are my two favorites.
Cowboy Bebop is also pretty fantastic, and I'd be ashamed of myself if I didn't mention FLCL. The Pillows are amazing and I was listening to them even before I watched that show.

Wonderful Days~ It's the 7th ending theme of Prince of Tennis. But of course I love nearly all Prince of Tennis songs anyway. And there are tons~

I think music really sets the mood and affects a anime. I love the fairy tail main theme song. Oh and I know it's not exactly a anime but I also like vocaloid (duh, I'm Rin!)

I like most songs. I love all of the Code Geass openings, but my favorite opening is either the third opening for D. Gray Man or the only opening for DN Angel.

I love the song in Appleseed by Boom Boom Satellites, but I love all of the Appleseed OST and Ghost in the Shell OST and Darker Than Black OST.

I usually don't pay attention to OST, but when I listened to Fairy Tail OST I just fell in love. I like the main theme song and Kizuna.

I love a lot of songs from bleach I like.
But my favorites are
Arigato from kyou kara mao and the opening form Meine Liebe.
Ehm I just looked at my music album and youtube favorites.... I have a lot more.
