i wish governments would make examples of rapists instead of slapping their hands and blaming the other person.

What someone is wearing should have no bearing on if rape happened. That is victim blaming on the highest order and damn well needs to stop.

pretty much, serra. just like the stupid trans bathroom shit. no trans person is going into a public toilet to stare at others or do anything abnormal. they go into toilets to go to the feckin' toliet! ....sorry...y'all know this. I'm just venting. this subject was brought up at our weekend meeting last week. nothing against it, it was just brought up that people were fearmongering about it and it was pissing us off.
