currently only my selling thread and this one are relatively active, but its enough for me cause I don't have the need to post in more than two atm. I'm already happy if I can manage to post 1 thing in each thread on some days o':

I'm an at home caretaker of the mother unit.. so I don't have much to do... I get bored when no one posts xD


^(ovo)^ I unlazied and got my alt back! Now all my extra knuffles are over there... might send my 200+ wild knuffles that my friend gave me over there =A=

I work fulltime and then take care of my kitties at home, when I have long shifts I don't have the energy to even be bored, just tired xD

and when I have short shifts I tend to get the things done I put off after long shifts such as cleaning and laundry etc

adult life man, always something to take care of

I been trying to find a job since I was 16... never had luck, got stuck working for my foodstamps instead... xAx... then mom's health kept declining to a point that she needed me home 24/7 so here I am, a job with no pay because my state sucks, not enough money or help to move to a state that does pay family for being at home care XAX

I'm trying to get on disability myself as I have asthma, carpal tunnel, social anxiety, that phobia of talking on the phone... My left foot's tendon is slowly tearing. I've been declined so many times the lawyers are going for trial to help me out.

Right now mom has breathing issues and is on oxygen so I'm actually up and about more often than normal, trying to get her to do things for herself so she can strengthen her lungs again =A=

I relate to family care...The funny thing is I care for my mom and my sister claims care of me lying about her hours to get by. If I was as handicapped as we claimed I wouldn't be able to care for my mom.

It's hard to care for someone when you have your own issues. =A= I can tell ya. My left foot will be hurting bad and mom will just keep calling for me every 5 minutes wanting something.. x-x

Then there's the asthma attacks... she smokes and demands I help her downstairs and then I have issues breathing.. x-x

Oh when the carpal tunnel acts up x-x she'll want something heavy moved.. it's like she senses where I hurt and demands I do things that will make it worse.

I've had panic attacks over her calling me so much for stuff that is with in her reach but she's just doesn't feel like doing it herself. My IBS acts up the most when my stress levels skyrocket ... though she isn't the cause of most of my stress this year... =x= that would be the evil landlady's doing... she's actually gotten it to go to the point where I have sulfur burps that cause me to barf all day long >;x

geez sucks...Why do people that need care like that all smoke? It's insane and annoying.

it is.. like... mom.. you are on oxygen... having issues breathing... STOP SMOKING! D:<

I have her on a no smoking for 3 whole days, then be allowed to have a few puffs on the fourth day type thing. =w= i plan on making it longer and longer slowly >:D

I have older customers dealing with asthma, lung disease/issues/on oxygen coming in the store to buy whole packets of cigarettes. They can complain/sigh about having such trouble breathing and the like and then order heavy tobacco cigarettes in the same 2 sentences. It absolutely baffles me :x

or they order smokes then giggle and tell me their doctor told them to stop smoking with a wink like its something funny we should both laugh at. I never laugh...

I managed to talk to mom this morning. I feel slightly confident..

I asked her if she wanted to quit. She got all upset, feeling like I was going to force her to stop completely. I calmed her down and told her my plan, and that if she wanted to quit, she needed to let me hold her back. That we'll ween her off slowly.

She's already going 3 whole days with out a puff, and then the fourth day she has 2-3 inhales and puts it out and thats it. My plan is to slowly lengthen the amount of days she isn't allowed to have any. ovo

She's agreed to it! ^(owo)^

Now let's home she remembers agreeing to this x'D
And that her friend doesn't give her any =A=
