I started out just grabbing my favs of the very different colors (like I got gold, leaving yellow for later, red and left crimson for later etc). Now I'm filling in the shades.

Better is buy one item in all colors, or all items in some colors?

It depends. Do you use items in all colors? If you strongly prefer ones over the others, it's better to buy the items only in these colors. That's what I do, at least.

Coulda sworn that the plan for the caravan was for it to not appear during events, or on months with events
I guess im kinda glad to see that it's not the case?

They did say earlier that they planned to have it return this month.

Maybe coming in to collect donuts will help people find more frags as well.
