I just don't see doctors for physical issues.
I won't have my medicine until the 13th.
And I REALLY could have used it last night.
I slept for like 20 minutes xD

if i have a doctor's visit scheduled ill usually go to it. the problem is, i tend to put scheduling off for too long sometimes...

Ugh that's a while longer to wait. x__x I'm so sorry. Did you manage a little more last night? :/ I think you should try to look into getting a doctor's appointment.
Same here mercu, I put things like that off <<;; I never did get a doctor's appointment myself for the cold-induced asthma I discovered this past winter..

I slept better last night.
It's still hard, though.
I never know if I'll sleep or not.
Yesterday I got very little sleep and I was having a mental breakdown xD
I guess it was the cold, no sleep, and being depressed anyways lately all mixed together.
If I'm not better by next week, I'll see about it.
I've been sick like this 4 times already and it always just goes away xD

Yeah, I actually know exactly what you mean. x__x It's pretty nightmarish, and you start to feel like you're just gonna go insane.

My dad said I get sick because I don't take good care of myself.
But I never used to get sick.
I guess old age changed that xD
Yeah, my anxiety and depression get 5x worse if I don't sleep.
Like all I wanted to do yesterday was kick and scream and punch things.
I was very hysterical.

Well, that's probably true too, tbh. :p If you can get on top of eating healthily I think a number of things will start improving.
Ugh, same. I usually just want to cry or fume. XD
