Kingdom of Knuffel

Was thinking about tarot's major arcana. It would mean 22 wilds. Mad amount, but I just can't get this idea out of my head. I just look at my tarot and I keep thinking "Star wild would look like this, The Fool like that..." :mccry:

I'm fast when it comes to linearting clothes and colors and they'd be bit simplier, mainly with focus on symbology. But I just hate drawing faces and hairs ._. I might start from creating few pairs of eyes and hairstyles for all of them, after it all should go fast :qwhee:

Guess I could make them 3-4 a month to not kill people with my wilds, it would mean finishing series afer 4-5 months /madness

I'll have to sit down and make basic sketches of all of them to see if it's actually doable. If I'll be able to design all of them nicely enough, I may go for it.
I'm actually surprised no one did any of them yet. Maybe not all, but I was thinking we'll get at least few tarot inspired knuffel by now~

Amalath: I was surprise too that nobody worked on chinese zodiac before... I think that the problem is that so many knuffel scares a bit, and probably there are many people as us who think "or I do all them or no one!". Anyway, I went to see which are all the characters, because I knew only a part of them, and I'm really asking how you'll do some of them... I'm sure that it will be really interesting!

This new one isn't the snake, but yes, they'll be all males, I have to practice on this (never drawn a male before...). I hope today to have some more time to work on them! Even if this afternoon I'll be away...

Some of them really worry me... like Wheel of Fortune or The Lovers. No idea if I'll be able to make them recognizable :qoops:

And were you thinking about including the cat? He often is mentioned in chinese zodiac, as one that lost with rat and therefore isn't included in zodiac. But vietnamese zodiac has cat in place of the rabbit :qw:

The loverS... how you can do two lovers in one Knuffel? And I was thinking too to the hanging one... if you can't do a base with the knuffel upside down.... Well, I wish you good luck to find a good idea for all them! Maybe it is for this tha anyone did them until now... But I'm sure that if you want you can find a way to do them all! :qw:

22 wild is crazy and it will be an expensive collection for me. Well at least you will be very rich if you make them amalath. I don't like buying a lot of wild but when they are a collection it make me want to buy them all just to collect them. :qhehe:

@Eylis: Is the cat going to be orange since you are inspire by fruit basket?
Also I forgot to ask you, are you going to make a boar or pig? I think boar are cooler since they got tusk :D

@AlkseeyaKC: No, I want the sheep to be a girl lol So should the dragon since dragon are always boy for some odd reason.

I think that I'll do the boar, I like it more than the pig honestly... and because I can choose... :qt:

While I still don't know which color will be the cat, I have no idea for the moment! Anyway, the only inspiration that I got from Fruits Basket is the theme, I don't think that there will be something other which could remember the manga. Last, they will all be males, even if usually I like more females this time I want to do a completly male collection :qt:

By the way, I already did a female dragon, but I don't know how many people understood it... :qhehe:
