Once per month sure. At the events, once per week.

Twice, maybe three times a year.
I'm very steadfast with them. :}

Prior to this Fit, I think it had been several months but that was because I was off line.

Recently, Daily...if not more often, as I have been working on a few fits.

i change at least once or twice a month, sometimes more if a new item inspires me

I'm the same as you. At the very least once a month, sometimes more depending on my mood, events and the weather.
I've been on a fall mood lately and to be honest I have no idea how my avatar became what it did.
