aw, you don't need to do it with the video, just watch what they do, pause and imitate. It's about your work out and not the video ^^
If you don't like that though I can recommend that you listen to up beat fast paced music because it helps you work harder without extra effort.
I have so much experience with getting fit that I won't run out of well meant advice, so I should probably stop right now >>

I'm so out of shape. I used to be okay, excellent for me actually. With being over weight most my life and a smoker I was super excited and proud that I could run 5miles in an hour. Now.. I doubt I can do that anymore xD
I made a list that has me working out 5 times a day so hopefully that will work. I didn't put a length of time because obviously you have to start slow and work your way up as you become able to do more.

I remember getting exited, writing out routines I will do over the break to be in shape. Then... I quit after like 10 minutes .-.

wow, 5 times a day? that sounds intense. I hope it works out. Does smoking reduce your lung capacity?
lol, I usually stop after making a little progress and gain it all back xD

I've done both those things, so I am hoping not to do them again xD

Smoking supposedly does, but I have been doing it for almost 10years now and I still have great lung capacity. When my Oxygen is checked by Doctors I still show 97-98% lung capacity which is that of a non smoker so.. I think it depends on each person.

Well here is the schedule I put out:

Morning:
Pills w/water
Stretch
Push ups
Crunches
Breakfast

Afternoon:
Pills w/water
Bike or Walk
Lunch
Bike or Walk

Evening:
Crunches
Arm Work outs
Dinner
Bike or Walk

Sorry the pills are just there as reminders for me xD

Mm, does sound tough :/

I'll probably do pills, stretch, and maybe one push up. Then I'm done for the day.

I always forget to take my vitamins >.>

It's good that your lungs haven't been effected. My dad smoked for 40 years and he is a wreck right now.

It's all a matter of breaking it up :)
Sadly how safe my neighborhood is that particular day will determine if I am walking or using my bike machine. I prefer to walk, but last night when I went for a walk I ended up getting cornered by drunk guys in a very large truck and had to run and hide in the woods from them. So.. It's iffy. Lol

I stopped smoking for a while, recently, then started again. I only have one smoke left so I am going to have it here shortly and try to stop that again as well.
Might as well do it all at once
