Yeah. very difficult. Never finished any art when I didn't have a tablet. 
I try not to. But very difficult
to go to bed early enough where I won't end up staying up just thinking lol.

I've been using my mouse now for a bit to do some pixel art because my cat is sleeping on my tablet.
I hate just laying in bed thinking about stuff. If that happens I just stay on my phone until I'm too tired to stay up anymore.

Yeah, I use to use the mouse for pixel art.
I don't do any pixel art anymore cause shading is my mortal enemy in all art.
I always end up feeling bad if I get back on a device since I share a room with someone. So I just try not to think too much.

I use both a mouse and tablet for it. Shading is one of my favorite parts of doing pixel art.

i quit pixel art long time ago so i could
just get better at digital drawing and painting.
none of my pixel art was that good anyways lol.

I love pixel art so I would never quit it. It is enjoyable for me to do as well.
Maybe sometime in the future after you have developed your digital art more you could try out pixel art again.

I have some wips i started a year ago.
but idk if I'll continue them.
When it comes to pixel art I'm more drawn to tooling than pixel.
but maybe when I understand folds and all that mess i will continue it and be able to finish stuff.

I prefer doing pixel art over tooling. Folds are annoying. If you need help understanding stuff I wouldn't mind helping.

Not like i'm going to attempt it anytime soon anyways since I need to do
studies for my digital work.

This new art I'm working on is coming along. I might actually attempt to finish it soon.
