Er, Skipper came out in 1964, Kelly 1995.

You didn't mislead. I had to double check, to see if my memory was wrong.

(When she starts to love Monster High and is happy that she did not get to cut the dolls' hair when she was younger!)

We built the things when we were kids. We had our own Sailor Moon staffs, we had the pendants, we had the watches. We had Pokeballs xD All from random things we could find that fitted the needs.

@Kitalpha Do you still remember what it looked like? Or how the brand was named?
Okay, that is hella expensive :mcomg:
If I compare our minimum wage (around 1400€ if you work fulltime), a cheap doll would be 1% (cheaper ones being 15€, more expensive ones up to 70€).

But in your country, that's nearly 20% :mccry:

Yap. Not really worth spending that much on a doll here, but every once in a wile I can afford a guilty pleasure.

True. That is way too much. Are you close to any other countries that might have cheaper dolls?

I would love to own a Ball Jointed Doll one day. But holy shit, THOSE are expensive!!

I think the prices are pretty standard. Our income is the main problem.

And yes they are. That is one doll I would not buy. They are gorgeous, but no, it's a doll. Not to mention that after you get the doll you have to get outfits and wigs and all that

It's not over yet.
There's a lot to look forward to.
Keep going.
You can do this :)

Well, I would love to buy one from someone who already made them a wig and clothes. I have seen such awesome dolls. But no, not like that x'D
At the moment, it is way too expensive.

I am close to 200 flowers! Exciting :D
How is your collecting?

For the items I still need 465 flowers, but considering that I pretty much gived up on the male hair, 165 flowers. I think I can make it by the end of the event. Though I am really exited about the progress I made with the CC doughnuts. Managed to get all the Plait Headband, the Ayleth Headwings and Dresses. Now I can concentrate on the hairs. Though there is a lot of currancy needed for those. But I know I can get at least 10 doughnuts a day in future CC events, so I'll just buy them progressivly
