My dad actually had a guy that didn't do his job, making my dad work for him too.
He mentioned it and his boss was like "Oh?" and then fired the guy.
My dad felt bad because he didn't mean to snitch on him, but fuck that guy Bu
My dad already works his ass off, he doesn't need to cover for slackers >Bu

I have no idea. My mom just told me he's working that much.
My dad always puts in 110% and I know he's being overworked.
He doesn't sleep good so he's always exhausted.
He falls asleep randomly.
He has Diabetes and his kidneys are only functioning at 30-35%.
We told him he needs more time off and he said he didn't use his vacation time last year, so they took it away and he has no vacation time anymore.
And he says he'll just sleep when he's off so there's no reason to give him time off.

I get called lazy a lot because of my anxiety disorder and depression and people tell me I've never had a job in my life.
I've done some volunteer work. Not really complex or fascinating, but I've worked and did my best.
My family instilled hard work into me - I'm not a poor or lazy worker.
I'd definitely never no call no show and even brag about it :\

Yeah, my dad has always worked his ass off. He continued working, even with his rib cracked earlier this year.
Yeah, they took his days away. Which is garbage. I don't think he had any vacations last year...
My grandpa was a hard worker too. He worked for the same company for over 30 years.
He also missed maybe a handful of days of work in that over 30 years.
I thought she meant there were actually two workers that were killers xD;

Some people think he was acting up to keep having others help him
Which, if you're legitimately struggling, yeah, others will help without a problem, but when you're deliberately making it so you can't work alone, you're gonna get regulated to one of three lines and left there until you're walked. Which is what happened to this idiot

I wouldn't be surprised to find that this wasn't the first job he lost to being lazy
