Might be, but kids also scream if they cant have something they want.
(like knives etc....)
Althought that kid might be old enough to know the difference.

Mine often cries because of that, she doesnt know why she isnt allowed to play with a knife or whatever....

Sure. On the one hand you are right. But I also think that if a child wants something and does not get it, it will find something else quite fast. Like "I WANNA HAVE THE KNIIIIIIIIIFE... Oh, a butterfly!".
But if it keeps screaming and this happens again and again, I would start wondering. We had neighbours whose child was screaming in the garden again and again and one day my partner took a look and the father had slapped the little boy (he was around 2, I would guess). My partner told them he would call an agency and it stopped. Sure, the boy would cry sometimes, but at a "normal" rate. Not daily.

My mom told me I tended to cry in the store when I wanted something and she couldn't make me stop, so she put aside the groceries, put me in the car and drove me home and I had to stay with my dad (who is like the nicest person I know, but damn, I wanted to go shopping xD). So I stayed with my dad for a few weeks when she went shopping and I never ever cried in a store again.

Hahaha that sounds hilarious.
Mine doesnt cry in shops, she just wants to run up and down the Supermarkt and touch the price tags.^^

Awww, that sounds super cute!! Just don't make her stop that! xD
I still love to touch things. Especially stones when we go to a building centre. Oh, and wood. And many other things!!

But the softest and most amazing touchy feeling I ever had was in a dream.
I dreamed of touching this Pokemon:

It was the softest thing I had ever touched. Softer than cotton. It literally felt like touching a cloud would feel if you could touch them!!

I let her poke and slap everything, except for people and animals of course.
Fences,stones and so on.
She likes it and smiles, and laughs. Thats gorgeous.
I am myself curious, so I want her being that too.

This pokemon looks sooooo fluffy. I bet it would be softer than a cloud.^^

Curious is absolutely perfect :mccool:
Even though my partner says I am too curious sometimes. xD
Because I tend to hush to the window whenever I hear some strange noises outside. One day I will be the old woman in the street sitting on the window the whole day :P

It would! I am sure as well :qh:

It's not like pain or fear screaming, it's like... nonsense screaming? Like when kids talk in made-up languages to their toys, except this kid is doing it as loud as she can. She's probably trying to get attention from her parents, but I hear them talking on the phone and just flat-out ignoring her. Sometimes she makes "nee naw" sounds as well when I guess she's playing with a fire engine or police car lol. Which would be cute if she wasn't doing it so loud as to probably drown the actual sirens out.
I guess she's too young for pre-school yet, so that's why she doesn't go out. I think the youngest you can go here is age 4. Or at least it was when I was 4, but that was 24 years ago so who knows XD

It's not great to go after them anyway. Over the winter they had hate mail from someone who stuck a note through their letterbox about how they would basically call immigration on them and have them removed if they didn't shut their kid up. They came around all the doors demanding to know who wrote it. So if anyone was to report them in any way now, we'd probably be on suspicion of threatening and using racist language ourselves :/

Poor child :/
And poor neighbourhood. It really sounds like a hopeless and terrible situation, I second Jelly there.
