You can buy the hats from the auction house or they are chest drops. I was at the bottom of recent announcement.

I know you can buy them but they are too expensive, I have to save for Wildclaw scrolls (thanks for adding so much fun to the game by removing them admins

I guess you had to log on that day to have gotten it, and since its limited that's probably why they cost so much. Though I'm surprised people haven't been asking me to buy scrolls here all week. x'D And today I'm working a long shift so I don't know if I'll have time to get on to buy the scrolls. Not to mention that my funds are low and I'd need you to send me the money first before I could buy anything.
