Have you two tried reloading the castle page a few times? Because when there are several quests for you to pick from the NPCs are shown randomly, so it might take a few reloads before the king shows up?

Err...Not for me. The hooded stranger quest was the last one I could complete since I either dropped or completed all the other quests. So all I get at the caste is the "There are currently no quests available." box. I know I didn't drop the King's quest because his picture didn't show up it just went straight to the no quest message.

For me, I refreshed a good 20-30 times on both of my accounts (since I can't remember 'which' one I finished the Hooded stranger's quest on).
