First, I had no idea what he would turn out to be, then I kinda got an idea at what he would be, but now I don't really know.

I don't think those are tattoos. I mean, they're sort of connected to his boxers, so unless his boxers are also painted on... They sort of remind me of melts from icicles. Of course, it's sort of insane how the melt is trickling up his body while trickling down at the same time.

I agree with Ziaheart. It seems that it's part of his pants. It will probably enlarge in next stages and we will see what exactly it is. Maybe mermen :)
