:OOO at work?

yeah, it was surprisingly tiring XD I must've done around 100. I took a photo of my pile before I went home, lol

I was at the front desk being the Concierge for the day and someone was like heyyyy are you artsy? crafty? I was like, kind of? so they brought all these boxes and a thing of ribbon over and explained how they wanted them done lol. First I had to redo the ones the concierge from yesterday did (they were not up to standard apparently), then start on 3 more boxes (of boxes of chocolates).. I finished all but about 20 of them. I hope they're up to snuff, lol.

:o damn I hope so too... or else someone else has to redo even more xD

Im surprised there's no machines for this? xD or was it too delicate or something?

ahahaha same, cynthia and I were like WELL SHIT IF THESE AREN'T GOOD EITHER

uhh dunno, we don't really have much machinery. we got these from a small chocolatier-y place too, they're handmade by like 2-3 people. they came in boxes, and we're like "well we'll put ribbons on them!"

actually I just checked they're literally made by ONE PERSON holy shit
yeah they're expensive <o<;; I just checked.. $60.

I have not personally tasted them xD I think they're new this year

they're a decent size, 15 pieces in each box
and dang, the ganache alone takes 4 days to make.. o,o

hmm 4 dollarrs per chocolate is okay in my books. especially if they taste amazing!

I want to try them now~ XD and I've seen similar prices at chocolate shops so.. I guess it's not too bad o,o
