I sometimes think I was just a walking "warm place to sleep" to a few of the cats I've known. They'd sit there and kind of 'herd' you to where they wanted you to sit, and then jump up into your lap and stars above help you if you tried to move once they were settled!

Yeah they tend to get butthurt if you move them while they're settled in

This includes picking it up and bringing it back up to be tossed down again

It would be far more alarming if he did. A consistent cat would be a cat I'm deeply suspicious of...
