How funny! Maybe it smelled different for some reason? I don't know how sensitive cats are to smell, though.

Now that I think about it, most of what I know about pet sensory abilities are all about dogs. I wonder why that is? Maybe cats are harder to study!

I'm not sure how "domesticated" I'd call them even now, honestly. They really aren't far from feral.
