I'm in the same boat tam, I really hope this gets fixed soon, the fact some are able to get it on their mules but not their main accounts worries me, as i don't have a mule, and don't know why it'd be affecting me.

Maybe close and open the website? Clear cookies?

Don't have much idea since I was able to get it just fine >_>

There's several in the announcment thread having the issue unless it's since been fixed, some were able to get it others weren't, and I had come onto the site having opened it in a new tab just to check the thing, I hadn't been sitting on the site watching the clock.

Yeah, opening and closing doesn't work.

Firn got it fixed overnight, so I was able to get my item now.

Second item door works, too. so I think it was just a one-time glitch. I'm not gonna complain too much. lol

Oh, on another note, cinnamon and apple roiboos tea is good. And I'm not sure I spelt the tea kind right. XD
