It's bugged. Best chance to get the achievement is if they have a downtime again.

OK I returned the stones being that the achievement is glitched.
I found they are rather cheap on the Auction House so I bought them. =3

Oh hay, Coatls are now being sold at cheaper prices finally. I knew waiting would pay off.

They are cute as children, but than they get those huge noses that I don't like.

Oh, maybe I'll get one Coatl soon.
