That's a bit confusing to me..
Because it says there are 409 chapters.. I already read the 409th chapter.. but Ciao Ciao! isn't the last..
on the last pasge of this chapter is written that the 41st and 42nd volume will release soon. the 41st in December and the 42nd in March.. that's why it's nearly impossible..
But it's also really weird that on the page is written that there already are 42 volumes.. O-O

Japanese manga market doesn't work like it does in our countries.
In Japan, manga chapters are released in magazines first, either weekly, monthly or whatever, and only a few months after their "first" release they are put together in a volume and go on sales in bookstores and later are officially translated and come in our bookstores.
Under all the text you're refering to, it's clearly written "end".
