Mom has two packages arriving
One has to be signed for
The other the driver didn't want to just drop off
So I have to stay up for them and hope like heck they're here before mom cuz otherwise I'll have been up for ~24 hours by the time she gets home and I won't be happy by then

BAD COMPY

So last week for mom I cooked five pounds of ground beef and made some.meat buns
Two different cheeses plus bacon bits
Said bacon bits are actually bacon run through a shredder, not those gritty red bits of sadness
Dad's been picking at it
Now, mom tried out premade dough, but it didn't work out. At all
So right now the bread machine is mixing it all up
It'll yell when the dough's ready
And then mom's roll out the dough cuz I can't get it thin enough without tearing, fill them, pinch them, put them in cupcake trays, cook them, let them cool slightly, and then eat them

First time dad had them they'd already cooled off so they were only okay. Plus we (mostly, meat was already cooked) followed a recipe
Second time we also followed the recipe, but a bit more cheese and bigger buns. Dad didn't get any of those
Last time was when I cooked that meat and dad finally got them fresh and warm. He had three, mom had two, and I had the last three
Now the dough setting is an hour and a half, we're about ten minutes in, plus the ten or fifteen it takes for mom and me to put together the buns and that roughly twenty to bake them
Dad is officially done at 1900. Being a lumper, running late is a thing. So he's generally not home until after 2000
It's currently 1735
So he's likely gonna come home to cooled buns
If mom and I don't scarf them all again lol

As for the buns...
He did come home in time for them to leave the oven
Then had to plow the driveway cuz snow
Nuked briefly and it was all good

Also, I have no recollection of how I got this hair lol
