I'm not exactly sure how I liked The Two Towers, though.
The way it was written kinda confused me at first.
When the group splits in two at the end of the first book, and Frodo and Sam go off on their own, the second book continue's with Aragorn, Legolas, and Gimli's journey to find Merry and Pippen for the first half, then goes to Frodo and Sam for the second half.

Personally I think he should have went back and forth between the two groups every other chapter.
Like one chapter be A, L, and G, then the next be F and S, followed by M and P and rotated it like that.
I dunno.

I'm still a Tolkien fan, though.
His books are long, but rather good.

What? Gen wasn't really taking care of him. I don't remember Gen ever taking care of anyone. XD; I think you need to reread the book; Sophos was a good character. X3
