Rufus managed to escape yesterday
Dad found out by the cat booking down the side of the road
So he's doing better, his running gait is goofy tho

so originally I owed mom all her paycheck money (going to Rufus) on top of the xray from beforehand
About 2k
Today (well, yesterday at this point) she picked up paychecks
Apparently the one week I got an hour and a half of overtime (whoa), so to pay her back, do a house payment
Which is less than half that amount mentioned
She doesn't remember the xray, or that I've more than that owed, so house payment and I'm good
This is good cuz considering how much more expensive the first surgery was than anticipated, I'll need that extra money she shrugged off

Pretty much mom says it's my responsibility to somehow come up with nearly 1.5k a month so we can afford to stay here cuz dad can't go back to work still and he was the main moneymaker

Eek, why is it your responsibility alone?
Job interviews can be nerve-wrecking but you get used to them eventually, plus you gain a little insight on how to manage them better each time so they're not too bad.

Maybe you should all discuss about it some more?

Dad's second job, he works literally one day a week
Pretty much for a trip that he may not be allowed to go on anymore, but who knows
So yesterday he went in gave them the note that says indefinite medical leave, told the boss that if it were a desk job, yeah he could go back
So as I'm working on digitizing my One Page Story for redbubble, hey look they call
Hand the phone to dad, just in time to miss it
He thinks they made an office position for them
Dunno what they said in the voicemail tho, he was going to nap then

But if that's what happened, hot dang
But he can't be released from one job but not another

If he gets a medical release to work, it has to be for all jobs, not just pick and choose

Apparently they're gonna fill out the paperwork for medical leave because dammit they don't want to lose him
