I couldn't help you XD I never got into Avatar to much to be honest with you. I watched the real life one and was drastically disappointed too >>;;;

Ew. The movie was ew. It took me a while to get into the series because I originally didn't like the art, but after the series ended, I saw it on Nickelodian (?) and the story won me over.

The movie was bad as from a fan's point of view AND as a movie by itself. Yuck.

Well part of the reason I wanted to watch the movie was because I was able to be unbiased about it. I had never watched the anime, so I didn't have any outside experience about it besides seeing commercials. I hated the graphics which is part of why I didn't take any time to even look at it.

The movie made no sense. In the cartoon, most episodes were able to stand on their own, with a consistent quality in plot and delivery. There's character development, humor, action, all the good bits. X3

You're right the movie was confusing to an extent. I hated the left over cliff hanger as well... those types of endings FRUSTRATE the crap outta me D<

Aha, I hope their budget is too low for a sequel. It makes me ashamed to be a fan of the series.

I heard it was good :o I'm about to watch it tomorrow night actually...

Uh, I heard REALLY bad reviews about it. After my brother took his friends to the movie, he apologized for suggesting it afterward because of how much they all disliked it.
