Weird thing, I never used to sunburn, before my teens. And now I can go out, walk a bit of coastline, and come back home in pain.

I generally avoid going outside during the summer, if I can. Combination of burning easily, and getting heat sick even more easily. And now, add in the fact that the medications I'm on make it far to easy for me to get heat sick/heat exhaustion/heat stroke... Yeah. I'm gonna stay inside, with the air conditioning.

I get heat stroke easily too. But because of the Native American or Italian in my genes, It's only the first year that my skin's exposed that it burns. After that I tan, and keep the tan all winter.

the heat affects me too. but when i'm out and not before/after work (aka days off), i usually wear dresses. i don't DO shaving the legs, so i wear these really nice thigh-high knitted socks that cover most my legs to the edge of the dresses. when i wore that combo when my mom was here visiting, she looked at me crazy like i'd be sweating by wearing them. haven't yet xD
