The baked ones or the chewy ones? I've been watching Fujian Grandma, and she's made both in the course of the year. She had them full of chestnut and pumpkin filling this time, and they were the chewy kind of mochi like ones.

Uhhh I dunno? The ones with the salted egg yolks. We get them at the store. No mochi lol.

Ahhh. I don't think I've seen her make those. But I know different parts of the world have different moon cakes.
