Sing a song to yourself? It used to work with me. I used to sing in my head "Prelude 12/21" by AFI, and it worked out ok.

That doesn't work.
Because then my brain is too active to sleep.
This all started because I ran out of my pills.
I take 3 pills to help me sleep at night. My Ambien and Geodon.
They both make me sleep peacefully.
But I ran out of Geodon and the ambien didn't work.
So I couldn't sleep.
And now I'm so damn tired but my body refuses to rest.
I got into bed at 10 PM last night and stayed awake.

I fell asleep for like 20 minutes.
I feel so accomplished.

It's still hard to breathe, though.
The Nyquil stuff relaxed me enough to not notice my breathing.
But now I'm having a harder time than before.
I just keep telling myself everything will be okay.
Everything will be normal again.
Don't panic.
Relax.
