Yeah eat food that adds temporary hearts and try not to get hit
Tho there's a cold area that I definitely need more hearts/better armor for, or at least upgrade the doublet, cuz there's a freaking shrine in the area and the stupid undead have power bows, and the doublet is minimal defense, plus gotta eat food to warm up core temp so the weather isn't so nasty on ya, which makes eating a defense up or some such cancel that out and you start taking cold damage
