Almost never XD I sometimes change something to match event overall moods, but generally I keep my own theme.

I've changed my alt's outfit quite a few times in the past before coming
to settling on this.. I haven't changed it for at least a year now, but I
dream of one day making a Toy Cosplay avatar for her and maybe
changing her name! but that won't be for a while

I usually change my avatar when there's an event or I get a new item. Other than that I don't change it most of the time.
