I have to work on getting to sleep at the right time. I substitute teach to afford being an artist full time. Yesterday I had a kid get suspended for threatening to hit me. It's exhausting lol.

Normal sleep is good. I had such painful back pain some time ago (still have it a bit but it’s better now)’and I dunno if it’s bc i slept in a bad position or something.

Back pain sucks. Mine was hurting a lot when I first started this job bc all the lifting but I've built muscle so it's good now. Usually when I sleep wrong it's always my neck that I mess up. xD
